With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Julie supports prenatal patients, families, and athletes with thoughtful, individualized chiropractic care—focused on movement, balance, and long-term function.

A Practice Built on Three Cornerstones

Real life demands real adaptability. Dr. Julie’s care is built around three core areas that reflect how people live and move: prenatal chiropractic care, family care, and athlete care.

Prenatal Care

Gentle, prenatal-adapted care that supports pelvic balance, comfort, and mobility through every stage of pregnancy.

Family Care

Care for infants, kids, teens, adults, and seniors—built for continuity as your family’s needs change over time.

Athlete Care

Care for athletes and active individuals—supporting performance, recovery, and long-term resilience at every stage of life.

Why Patients Trust Dr. Julie

With over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Julie brings a calm, precise approach to care—built on careful listening, clear explanations, and adjustments tailored to the individual. Patients value her ability to meet them where they are, whether they’re expecting, raising a family, training hard, or simply wanting to stay active for decades.

Dr. Julie’s approach is grounded in a simple belief: the power that made the body heals the body.

How Dr. Julie Practices

Dr. Julie’s approach is grounded in thoughtful assessment, careful listening, and adjusting methods selected to match the individual. Care is adapted based on age, stage of life, comfort level, and how the body is responding—never a one-size-fits-all approach.

This video explains the adjusting methods used in our office and how care is adapted for comfort, safety, and effectiveness.

Not every technique is used for every patient.

Training & Adaptability

Dr. Julie uses a range of diagnostic tools and adjusting approaches so care can be tailored to the person—not the protocol.

Diagnostic & Assessment Tools

  • Direct digital X-ray (when appropriate)

  • Spinal thermography

  • Surface electromyography (sEMG)

Adjusting Approaches

  • Manual adjusting (Diversified & Gonstead)

  • Drop table

  • Activator (spring-loaded instrument)

  • Toggle recoil (upper cervical)

These tools inform care decisions, but never replace experience, clinical judgment, or individualized attention.

When provided by a chiropractor trained in prenatal chiropractic care, care is considered safe for most expectant mothers.

Dr. Julie uses gentle, pregnancy-adapted techniques that take into account each stage of pregnancy. Positioning, technique, and pacing are chosen with comfort and safety in mind, and care is always individualized.

As with any healthcare decision, patients are encouraged to ask questions and make care decisions collaboratively.

No. The Webster Technique® is not a baby-turning technique.

It is a pregnancy-specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment that focuses on improving pelvic balance and reducing tension in surrounding muscles and ligaments. By supporting balance and mobility in the pelvis, the body may be better able to adapt naturally during pregnancy.

Any changes in fetal position are considered a result of improved pelvic function—not direct manipulation of the baby.

Yes. Dr. Julie provides gentle chiropractic care for infants, children, and teens.

Pediatric chiropractic care uses very light, age-appropriate techniques designed to support nervous system function as children grow and develop. Many families appreciate having continuity of care for every stage of life, from infancy through adulthood.

Yes. Dr. Julie has experience with athletes across all ages and activity levels.

Whether it’s youth involved in school and club sports, adults training at high intensity in programs like CrossFit, weekend warriors preparing for events like a Spartan Race, recreational athletes (yes—even church-league softball), or seniors focused on staying active and strong through their Golden Years, care is always adapted to the individual.

The goal is to match care to the demands placed on the body—supporting performance, recovery, mobility, and long-term resilience.

No referral is needed to schedule an appointment.

You’re welcome to contact the office directly to ask questions or book a visit. If appropriate, Dr. Julie is happy to collaborate with other healthcare providers as part of your care.

Beyond the Office

Outside the clinic, Dr. Julie and her husband, Kyle, homeschool their two daughters—who are often seen around the office, making Serendipity Chiropractic a true family affair.

Together, they enjoy exploring the outdoors, traveling with their rooftop tent, and setting up their “new home” just about anywhere—usually within ten minutes of arrival. Rivers, lakes, wide-open spaces, and the occasional breathtaking mountain view tend to be the goal.

Dr. J believes in working hard—and making time to play hard, too.
